Integrated multi-brand approach supports catering, food and beverage, service and operational delivery across Silverstone’s Fusion Lounge, NOVA Glamping and wider circuit operations at the 2026 British Grand Prix.

Eventist Collective – the expert events and catering group – brought together its specialist brands AP&Co, Food by Dish and Tapenade to deliver integrated catering, food and beverage, service and operational support across multiple locations at the 2026 British Grand Prix.

Working across premium hospitality, trackside accommodation and high-volume operations, the collective demonstrated how its specialist brands can work together at scale, combining culinary creativity and operational precision while supporting Silverstone’s ambition to deliver consistently high-quality hospitality experiences across the event.

Delivering Catering and Hospitality at Silverstone’s Fusion Lounge

Fusion Lounge

One of the key areas of Eventist Collective’s work with Silverstone was Fusion Lounge, with AP&Co delivering the catering and guest dining experience within Silverstone’s newly transformed premium hospitality destination.

Across the weekend of 2nd–5th July 2026, more than 2,000 guests experienced Fusion Lounge, including the brand-new VIP area, Moët & Chandon Club, with AP&Co delivering a dining journey designed around discovery, flexibility and theatre.

Moving away from a traditional format, the food and beverage experience invited guests to explore a range of culinary destinations throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea were delivered through a series of distinct concepts, each offering its own identity while maintaining a consistent level of premium service.

Guests were able to discover concepts including Vintage Reserve, Ember & Oak, Osteria Verde and Golden Pearl, with standout dishes ranging from Surrey Farm Beef Wellington and rotisserie chicken to pork belly crackling buns, artisan British and continental cheeses, and Golden Pearl’s signature Diamond Strawberry, served with white chocolate and Cornish clotted cream.

For Kate Bendall, Managing Director of AP&Co, Golden Pearl represented a particular highlight, with its elegant glass presentation and detailed craftsmanship demonstrating the creativity and attention to detail behind the catering offer.

Supporting Silverstone’s NOVA Glamping Experience

NOVA Glamping

As part of Silverstone’s NOVA Glamping experience, Eventist Collective delivered the catering, food and beverage and guest service offer through Food by Dish and AP&Co.

Eventist Collective delivered more than 2,500 dining experiences across The Salon and The Smokery, serving breakfast and dinner from Thursday evening throughout the race weekend.

The culinary programme combined relaxed luxury with memorable touches, from cider-braised pork shoulder baps and fresh Goodness fruit bowls in the morning to chef-led dining and refined small plates including salt-baked seabass morsels with wild garlic, lemon and roasted olives.

The food and beverage offer also included a curated drinks programme featuring signature mocktails including the Pit Stop Cooler and Sunrise Lap, complementing the wider NOVA Glamping experience delivered by Silverstone.

Catering and Operational Delivery Across the Circuit

Alongside its work within Fusion Lounge and NOVA Glamping, Eventist Collective continued to support established Silverstone operations including The Ridings Camping and The Helipad.

The Ridings welcomed guests throughout the race weekend, with Eventist Collective delivering more than 7,000 breakfast and lunch services, alongside catering for over 1,000 crew members.

At The Helipad, Eventist Collective supported the hospitality offer for helicopter guests, providing chilled refreshments and canapés as part of the arrival and departure experience.

Together, these operations demonstrate the strength of Eventist Collective’s connected model: specialist brands working collaboratively while bringing their own expertise, creativity and personality to different hospitality environments.

The approach enables Eventist Collective to provide consistent catering, food and beverage, service and operational delivery across multiple areas, supporting Silverstone’s ambition to deliver consistently high-quality hospitality experiences across the event.

Mark Walter, Food & Beverage Director of Silverstone, said:
“Delivering exceptional hospitality at the British Grand Prix requires creativity, attention to detail and the ability to operate at significant scale. Eventist Collective’s teams worked closely with us across Fusion Lounge, NOVA Glamping and a number of our wider catering operations, bringing expertise and energy to each environment.

“Their contribution helped us deliver distinctive food and service experiences for thousands of guests across the weekend, supporting Silverstone’s continued ambition to evolve and enhance the experience we offer.”

Tim Stevens, CEO of Eventist Collective, said:
“Silverstone is one of the most complex and high-profile hospitality environments in global sport, and our approach reflects that reality. By bringing our brands together under a single, collaborative model, we’re able to deliver consistency at scale without losing the creativity and individuality that define each of them.

“Supporting Silverstone’s delivery of NOVA Glamping and Fusion Lounge demonstrates how our collaborative model enables multiple specialist brands to deliver consistent, high-quality catering and guest experiences across complex live environments.”

Emma Bines, Business Development Director at Eventist Collective, said:
“Through our work with Silverstone, we’ve created a genuine multi-brand delivery model. Each part of the business plays a distinct role, but they are now working more closely than ever to create a joined-up approach across the circuit. From camping through to premium hospitality, we’re showing that scale and quality don’t have to compete – they can strengthen each other when the model is right.”

Kate Bendall, Managing Director of Eventist Collective and AP&Co, said:
“At Eventist Collective, success is about more than exceptional catering; it’s about ensuring food, beverage and service contribute seamlessly to the overall hospitality experience. By bringing together our people, expertise and specialist brands, we can deliver consistently at scale while celebrating the unique strengths each business brings.

“Our work with Silverstone combines culinary excellence, service and operational expertise at one of the summer’s most iconic sporting events.”

The 2026 British Grand Prix provided another opportunity for Eventist Collective to demonstrate how its specialist hospitality businesses can work collaboratively across a complex, large-scale live event.

From premium dining and catering within Silverstone’s NOVA Glamping and Fusion Lounge experiences to high-volume catering and operational delivery elsewhere across the circuit, Eventist Collective’s work demonstrates the value of bringing together specialist expertise, creativity and collaboration to support Silverstone’s hospitality ambitions.
