event:decision, in partnership with micebook, are delighted to announce that entries are open for the 2026/27 Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK, an annual ranking of the top 30 most sustainable event agencies in the country. Now in its third year, the program is open to UK-based event agencies of all types – including full-service, logistics, production, and creative agencies – and evaluates on both sustainable internal business practices and the ability to deliver responsible, sustainable outcomes for clients.

The Power 30 is more than an award: it is a definitive industry benchmark, not a subjective judging panel. Each entering agency is assessed by event:decision’s data-driven scoring system, which evaluates internal sustainability performance alongside the capability to deliver more sustainable events for clients.

Entrants are assessed across two core areas: company accreditations and processes – covering sustainability certifications earned in the last three years, how the agency measures its own carbon footprint, and initiatives with positive social impact – and event case studies, in which agencies submit up to three third-party events broken down by Environmental, Social, and Governance channels. The process is designed to move beyond marketing claims to recognise tangible, demonstrable results.

As sustainable business practice and responsible event delivery become a growing priority for clients, agencies that put industry data to work are increasingly positioning themselves as leaders in environmental and social responsibility. Recognition in the Power 30 allows agencies to showcase that commitment and attract clients who value stewardship and ethical delivery. More broadly, organizers say the initiative is designed to raise the standard across the events industry by encouraging continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

“The journey toward a more sustainable events industry is ongoing, and every step forward counts,” says Matt Grey at event:decision, congratulating the agencies recognised in this year’s list.. For agencies not yet on the list, the campaign is intended to serve as both a benchmark and a motivation to continue advancing sustainable practices.

This year’s Power 30 is supported by Olio and Worlds Better. UK-based agencies interested in entering the 2026/27 Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK can apply here.
