Zenus is the market leader of face recognition solutions in the events industry. As a premier technology provider, we excel in large-scale applications and optimal user experience. To make a high-end technology accessible at an affordable price, we work with registration companies which integrate and distribute our service. Zenus has powered approximately 50 events in the past 12 months offering amazing support to both event planners and registration companies.

Our service can address several use cases including crowd density analytics, emotion recognition, access control, and check-in. Watch Zenus in action here.

Attendees register online as usual but they have the option to upload/take a picture of themselves and opt-in for face recognition. The event organizer can also send an email blast to encourage people to opt-in. The typical opt-in rate is 50-70%.

On event day, the attendees are automatically and instantly identified when they walk in front of the camera. The badge is printed and they are approved to enter the event. The total transaction time is usually 7-9 seconds. Our technology works with virtually all tablets and smartphones with a camera which greatly reduces installation costs. Attendees who did not opt-in for facial recognition can use one of the traditional ways to check-in such as name search and barcode scanning.

To protect the privacy of attendees, our servers do not receive personal data such as names and email addresses. All of the data is fully encrypted in transit using the industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. The images are processed and instantly discarded. All biometric data is automatically deleted by one week after the event.

This is the most secure, convenient, and fast solution the events industry has experienced. Through our global network of partner registration companies we support events around the world.
