WRG, the live experience agency that is a division of The Creative Engagement Group, has named Lucy Church as Senior Logistics Project Manager, one of five new appointments to its logistics team.

Church was previously a Team Account Manager at Cormis Partnership, prior to that she held roles at MCI and the Royal Society of Medicine. At WRG she is part of the Congress team in London, reporting to Mel Ingram, Congress Project Director. In her new role she is responsible for the Congress Project Management and Logistics Management for Global Congresses.

Also joining the London office of WRG are Lyndsey Tweed, who takes the role of Logistics Project Manager, and Laura Smith, who is a Project Manager. Tweed joins the company from Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she had the role of Meeting Planner, while Smith was previously Senior Conference and Exhibition Coordinator at Profile Productions Ltd.

The Manchester team is also expanding with the appointment of two new Delegate Managers: recent graduates Ellie Brown and Paisley Williams.

All the roles are new, reflecting the growing demand for logistics services.

Anna Thomson, Logistics Director at WRG, said: “We’re investing in the growth of our teams across Logistics to reflect the increased demand from our clients for logistics services, and to continue to build on our experience, knowledge and logistics and delegate management capabilities. We’re delighted to welcome Lyndsey, Ellie, Lucy, Laura and Paisley to WRG and the wider team at The Creative Engagement Group.”
