The Association of Event Venues (AEV) has announced the publication of the 2019 edition of the eGuide, which can be downloaded whole, and by specific section for convenience, from the AEV website at http://www.aev.org.uk/e-Guide

The eGuide is the document that conveys the best advice, guidance and regulations pertaining to working at venues in the UK, helping to create a clearly defined national working environment for organisers, exhibitors and supplier companies.

Developed and published by the AEV’s eGuide working group, the eGuide is updated annually through collaboration with other working groups, identifying new areas for advice and keeping on top of new laws and regulations governing the event industry.

Rachel Parker, AEV director, greeted the news, saying, “The eGuide is the pre-eminent source of information for anyone organising, hosting or supplying an event. Changes in technology, regulation, and even the climate, require adaptation and change on the part of industry, and the eGuide is a vital tool for meeting this constant challenge”.
