Three digital project managers have joined the global digital team at creative communications company, DRPG.

Beth Regan and Leanne Freer joined the rapidly growing digital team having climbed the career ladder together at Spark 44, a creative agency serving brands such as Jaguar Land Rover and Tetley.

During their time there, they moved from content authors to digital project managers, leading teams to deliver websites and apps for clients and kickstarting successful careers in project management that brought them through the doors of DRPG.

Leanne was enthused by the variety of projects available at the company, “I wanted the chance to develop my skills and learn across diverse projects and clients. I also wanted to get more involved in the digital side and was keen to work on an AR project which I’ve been able to do since starting.”

Beth commented, “I love being busy and challenged and was looking for a big fast-paced agency with a variety of clients, so I came to see DRPG with Leanne and loved it.”

Grace Wood was a project manager at a video market research company called Voxpopme, forming part of the team responsible for the European offices. “Although my background is in recruitment and I actually trained as a teacher, I found my strengths lay in project management and I wanted to explore this as a career.”

They now bring these attributes and experiences to the DRPG’s digital team where they are the middlemen between clients and the development team and are responsible for delivering projects from start to finish including planning, timings and briefs.

Gemma Oldfield, head of digital project management, stated, “It is great to have brought on our very own digital Charlie’s Angels, three talented, energetic project managers to boost our digital team.

Between them they bring a great variety of skills and experience to the company and it is fantastic to see our team growing at such a rate. Beth, Grace and Leanne are great assets to the team and have already ingrained themselves seamlessly into the company work and culture.”

DRPG has seen rapid expansion both in the UK and internationally throughout 2019 resulting in a wealth of talent recruitment across the board. The digital sector especially has seen significant growth and the team continues to evolve as demand increases.
