Creative communications agency drp’s digital subdivision drpdigital, won both silver and bronze awards in the ‘Digital Change & Transformation – Software’ and ‘Digital Change & Transformation – Digital Engagement Platforms’ categories for their work with leading heating manufacturer Worcester Bosch and global automotive firm Jaguar Land Rover, respectively, at this year’s Digital Experience Awards.

The award ceremony was held on the Thursday 12th July at the Park Plaza, Riverbank in London.

The trailblazing awards programme aims to recognise and reward innovative digital initiatives that help develop and support the customer’s experience. The awards finals provide a valuable platform for sharing best practice and promoting continuous improvement, learning, and personal development across the board.

drpdigital took home silver for the ‘My Worcester app’ which was produced to completely revolutionise the work life experience for their installers. The digital team worked very closely to help transform many of the key day-to-day processes such as diagnosing and registering faults.

The bronze award win was for the work with the Jaguar Land Rover’s internal communications platform ‘Team Talk’. Following on from the success of the printed magazine, drpdigital produced a digital extension of this, which has now become their main channel for all internal news, events and company information for all employees to use.

Matt Evans, Head of UX at drp, commented, “We’re so proud to have won these two awards. Both projects have been the accumulation of the team working effectively together, understanding the client’s objectives and user requirements, whilst having the trust, passion and belief to deliver them.”

Congratulating the finalists, Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International, said:

“We are truly inspired by the outstanding digital talent showcased once again at the UK Digital Experience Awards. This year we have seen many outstanding initiatives which are breaking the mould and creating a digital customer experience journey that is truly supportive and engaging. This amazing event was supported by our partners and judges and gave us the opportunity to acknowledge forward-thinking companies and celebrate with these incredible finalists.”

The winners in each category were selected by a panel of independent judges made up of business professionals from across the UK.
