Creative communications agency drp has seen pivotal growth to their live division over the last 12 months. With a combined number of 132 team members, there will now be a new focus on the way in which drp joins the teams together. With that, project direction, producers, project management, account directors and account managers will see a new regained focus on their services. This will include content, strategy, events and experiential. This new focus will also see additional team members evolving into new roles, to help head up these specialisms and some clients.

This new approach will enhance drp’s development and create a streamlined cohesive outlook in the way in which drp work. The roles within the teams will be more developed and will enable significant growth for the business, especially as it has been one of the busiest times to date -with a total of 108 projects in the live team alone, for clients such as BT, EE, Sainsbury’s, Triumph, Jaguar Land Rover and Nationwide.

With these changes, drp sees Stephanie Okafor joining the business as head of project management. Stephanie previously worked for event and venue finding agency, Banks Sadler. She has over 10 years’ experience working with a range of event agencies and has extensive industry knowledge, a perfect fit for drp.

Matt Franks, director of events at drp commented;

“This is an exciting time for us here at drp. Our core aim is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and build a solid foundation for our employees to grow and flourish. These subtle changes are things we will be implementing for the long term, as we prepare for the future, with continuous development of the business. This change is something we are really excited about, and with the new structure, it will align with our vision of being the company of choice. We look forward to this great fruition.”

This transition will continue to open doors for a new structure and vision across the business. drp has invested heavily in apprentices – with two apprentices currently in the live events team. As well as, executive producers and production managers to help deliver on continued live projects for drp’s diverse clientele.
