Crystal Interactive, a leading audience engagement specialist based in the UK, has boosted its presence in Europe with the opening of a new office in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Since its acquisition of IML Interactive in 2017, Crystal has continued to strengthen its position as the UK’s leading full-service event technology company, building partnerships with carefully selected event technology companies, and growing its team of event technology professionals who deliver events across the globe. As part of its ongoing expansion plans, the addition of the new office will enable Crystal to work with its German clients on their home soil and further develop its client base across continental Europe.

Chris Elmitt, Managing Director at Crystal Interactive said, “We have been working extensively in Germany for many years and to have support on the ground will provide an even smoother experience for our clients. Germany is one of the world’s largest conference and events markets, and we view the DACH region as a vital strategic market that will give us the space to grow in the future.

“The addition of Smart Wearables to our portfolio last year means we have an even more compelling offer to share. The platform is perfectly suited to meet the needs of savvy event organisers and we are looking forward to supporting both our existing German clients and welcoming new ones to the wearable platform, and our portfolio of audience engagement technology.”

Alongside Smart Wearables, Crystal Interactive will offer its market leading Event AppEvent Registration platform and Audience Response Apps. All interactive event technologies are fully supported throughout the lifecycle of the event and deployed on-site by Crystal’s international team of event professionals.

Crystal is now actively recruiting event professionals in Germany to further establish the company’s brand and organisational structure in the DACH region.
