Just looking at one week in April, SLX was thrilled to provide full technical services to the Royal Museums Greenwich and The Old Royal Naval College as they celebrated their 20th Anniversary as a World Heritage Site. The brief: ‘to light up Maritime Greenwich from sea level at the Thames, to the Royal Observatory at the centre of Greenwich park’, an exciting project for us. With more than 450 lighting fixtures to deploy and focus between sunset and guest arrival, SLX’s experience of this scale of project paid dividends.
SLX then worked with Centaur Media to transform a quirky little found space, called Stone Nest, into an innovative, original awards evening. Creative Review Annual showcased some of the best creative work in visual communications of 2016 and SLX loved the opportunity to help them do it in style. Following that we assisted SNOG frozen yogurt with their summer of frozen fun festival bus on the South Bank. A range of static and moving LED colour changing lights were installed on and around the tour bus to complement and enhance the rainbow range of flavours on sale.
Our Live Events team continue to deliver top class brands with our broadcast team supplying the much loved Great British Bake Off, now in its 8th year, through to London’s Marking Midnight New Year’s Eve celebration.
