The first evidence session being held by the All Party Parliamentary Group for the Events Industry (APPG), which takes place on Wednesday 18th July, will now be attended by a number of senior event industry professionals from a range of organisations, including the Business Visits & Events Partnership, London & Partners, ABPCO, Clarion Events, global agency FIRST, etc venues, the QEII Centre and ExCeL London

The first session will hear evidence from a number of individuals, including Minister for Tourism, Michael Ellis, Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan and Jeremy Rees, the Acting Chief Executive of ExCel London.

James Heappey MP, Chair of the APPG, has encouraged the events industry to participate in all of the forthcoming sessions.
