The result of a unique collaboration between Twickenham Stadium and Freemans Event Partners, the Union15 Bar & Grill launches on 6th October 2018 at The Derby: Northampton Saints v Leicester Tigers, bringing Twickenham audiences a new and elevated food and beverage experience.

The Union15 Bar & Grill is Twickenham Stadium’s first semi-permanent food outlet to be installed within the stadium grounds. Its 60ft x 20ft structure allows a much larger food preparation area with more versatile equipment, giving greater flexibility with menu options. These range from the ‘Korean Kimchi’ burger, which serves a 100% beef 8oz burger with crunchy Korean-style pickled slaw and Greek-style yoghurt, to the ‘Grand Slam Burger’, which includes southern-fried chicken, hash browns and BBQ sauce within a sweet-frosted doughnut!

A bank of menu screens and a dedicated seating area on the roof complement a high-quality food-to-go service for eventgoers. Card-only payment also reduces the time customers spend queueing, and further lifts the overall event experience.

Stephen Freeman, MD for Freemans Event Partners, said “We’re delighted with the Union15 Bar & Grill and excited to see how customers respond to the menu.”

Union15 Bar & Grill opens for business when the Northampton Saints play the Leicester Tigers in the Gallagher Premiership on 6th October 2018.
