For the first time in three years, one of London’s top advertising agencies was looking for a new venue for its client appreciation dinner. Creative events agency, Kit & Caboodle were engaged to manage this event and conduct an extensive venue search throughout central London. As soon as Kit & Caboodle brought their client to Landing Forty Two, they knew they had found the event’s new home.Â
With stunning panoramic views of the city, Landing Forty Two quite literally stood out above the rest. With the venue itself being quite a blank canvas space, Kit & Caboodle were excited to delve into the event design and fully transform the space. They really pushed the envelope, creating a space that had a specially curated and high end aesthetic. From Avant-Garde aerial arrangements to custom floral vinyl prints covering the walls from floor to ceiling, no detail was overlooked. Reaction is everything and not only were guests in awe of the view and styling, but they also loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere that had been created at Landing Forty Two. The moody lighting from Vibration Group helped really bring the vision to life.
When guests arrived at the event they were thrilled by the glass elevator ride to the top, and when they walked into the event space they knew they were somewhere truly special. The night began with a prosecco reception, and after a welcome speech by the agency’s CEO, the guests sat down for dinner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event, and a lot of that was thanks to delicious food accompanied by friendly and accommodating service from Moving Venues Caterers. This year’s event was truly was the best event to date, and the team is already looking forward to returning to Landing Forty Two to try to achieve the same outcome for the second year in a row.
