The two companies will formalise the agreement during the celebration of the Event Tech Live 2018
Lineup Ninja software, who specialise in the management of agendas and abstracts for events, and EventsCase software “all-in-one” for event management join forces to offer a more powerful tool that meets all the needs and requirements of its customers. A union that strengthens both brands and complements their tools to offer a global and integral platform.
Lineup Ninja tools focus on two main areas; agendas and abstracts. The platform allows managing “call for papers” (CFP) with flexible design tools. Save time by updating speakers and reviewers thanks to automatic notifications. Unlimited CFP per event supports multiple tracks or sending stages. In addition, it is possible to have unlimited speakers per presentation and vice versa. It provides flexible review tools: customised criteria and multiple weighted scores. The simple decision process includes accepting, rejecting, waiting list and withdrawing.
Like EventsCase, Lineup Ninja helps its users to save time and, therefore, money thanks to an agile and simple “drag and drop” tool and “auto-building” of the agenda. A process that saves time because it minimises errors and allows assigning “slots” in the agenda with a single click.
Lineup Ninja and EventsCase will be present at the next edition of Event Tech Live, at stands LP12 and T1 / 10 respectively, on November 7th and 8th, where the integration agreement between both companies will be formalized.
