AEO renews strategic partnership with Cvent

The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) has renewed its strategic partnership with Cvent, continuing a long-standing collaboration that supports AEO’s flagship events and wider organiser community.

Cvent will remain AEO’s event technology partner across the AEO Forums, AEO Conference and the AEO Excellence Awards. The partnership also includes year-round activity, from thought leadership content to senior networking opportunities that support organisers in delivering stronger commercial outcomes.

Cvent’s Attendee Hub and survey technology play a central role in how AEO delivers and reviews its events. From improving the on-site experience to capturing meaningful feedback, the technology helps AEO understand what works, what can improve and where further value can be created for members.

Anna Golden, chief executive officer at AEO, said:

“Cvent has been a valued partner for a number of years and understands how our community operates. Their technology helps us run better events and learn from each one. As we continue to broaden our focus across the industry, it is important that we work with partners who bring both technical capability and a genuine understanding of organisers’ commercial priorities.”

Felicia Asiedu, marketing director at Cvent, said:

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with AEO at such an important point in their journey. As they expand their focus across the wider event ecosystem, it strongly aligns with our belief in the power of a total event programme to drive real growth for organisers and their members. We’ve been proud to support the AEO’s event over the years, helping connect members and audiences through our event technology and creating meaningful, measurable engagement on site. Together, we’re focused on facilitating human connection, because when you bring people together in the right way, you build trust. And trust fuels lasting communities and sustainable growth.”

As AEO continues to evolve, the partnership ensures the organisation is supported by reliable event technology that strengthens engagement, improves visibility of performance and supports informed decision making across its portfolio.
