We are delighted to be one of the finalists for the London Venue Awards 2017. Friends House has been nominated in two categories: “Best New or Refurbished Venue” and “Best London Event Venue – 500 to 1,000 attendees”.

This double nomination is a great recognition for our team. The Hospitality and Facilities Team go the extra-mile to provide excellent conferencing facilities and services all year round. Facilities at Friends House have continuously improved over the last 7 years. The venue has gone through a series of refurbishments to modernise the existing meeting rooms and create new event spaces.

Friends House now offers 31 meeting rooms and event spaces, and one standalone venue, The Light auditorium. It is the largest event space in the Euston area, with a capacity for up to 1,000 delegates. The Light has a skylight and 200m2 of floor space, while our largest meeting room can accommodate 140 delegates. From meetings for 6 to conferences for 1,000, we want every delegate to enjoy our venue.

With us, events don’t cost the earth. Our events are ethical and sustainable. We believe that profit should not be made at the expense of people or the planet. Our catering is mostly Fairtrade, organic, locally sourced and seasonal. This ensures the highest quality of food for your event catering. Our staff are committed to “the friendly way”, a series of commitments rooted in our Quaker values. We are heartfelt, loving, pioneering and responsible. These values guide us in everything we do.
