Communication from enquiry stage to operational delivery is key. At Maxwell’s Group Events, our dedicated team of events experts will be there from the start – from enquiry stage, to the planning phase and being there on the evening of the event with our operations team to ensure the client is never left confused or flustered.

Sound & Lighting

Creating an experience is at the heart of what we do at both Café de Paris and Tropicana Beach Club. Our clients and their guests always leave with a smile on their face after being fully immersed in the world that we have created with our clients for their events. Entertainment, lighting and sound is key to achieving this and it’s something we do very well using our extensive, top quality in-house equipment and audio-visual experts.

Quality Food & Beverage Offering

Quality food and beverage offerings are key to ensuring a successful event. We have spent three months developing our event menus that launched in March and have already had incredible feedback from our corporate and private clients. We like to be as creative as possible with our clients and have the ability to create anything from experiential food stations to bespoke four-course menus to suit a particular event theme.
