What are you looking for from an event supplier?

Passion – creating fully immersive experiences? Imagination – impactful events creating long lasting memories for guests? And technical excellence – a team which delivers world class venues?

Then you are looking for Losberger De Boer.

Passion – Photo London

Dubbed the ‘UK photography event of the year’, Losberger De Boer will return for a second consecutive year to build the Pavilion for Photo London at Somerset House.

To create the Pavilion, the team will build four of the Company’s Alu Halls providing 1200 square metres of gallery space, to exhibit artwork from over twenty international artists, galleries and publishers, plus the Champagne Bar.

The external walls of the Pavilion will also be adorned with specialist commissions. Last year, these featured an 18-metre mural created by renowned photographer, William Klein; and a unique installation of two individual 25-metre long murals created by Korean artists, Noh Suntag and Bae Bien, entitled ‘Dual reality’.

“Somerset House is an iconic venue providing a splendid backdrop for Photo London. To really add impact, we’ve created a bespoke PVC external lining featuring classic photographs to span the gallery’s entrance. I’m looking forward to it already,” adds Kate Knapp, Losberger De Boer Senior Sales Manager and in charge of the build.

Imagination – Pavilion Café at Belton House

Sometimes an event’s venue provides all the inspiration you need. At the National Trust’s Belton House in Lincolnshire, Losberger De Boer designed the Pavilion Café inspired by the lavish Victorian garden parties thrown by the Brownlow family.

The new visitor dining facility forms part of the National Trust’s year-long project to preserve the 17th century stables and coach house at Belton House which currently houses the onsite restaurant. Whilst restoration work is underway, guests will be able to have their traditional cream tea at the Pavilion Café.

Built using Losberger De Boer’s Alu Hall, the Café includes over 200 square metres of restaurant space and a wall-to-wall glass front, providing guests with an extended view of the house and gardens.

Technical excellence – RHS Chelsea Flower Show

The Great Pavilion at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which we’ve built for the last ten years, is event ingenuity at its best. The structure uses over 205 mesh roof panels to keep exhibits in prime Chelsea condition by helping monitor airflow and humidity throughout.

In total, the exhibition space spans 12,000 square metres, the equivalent of 240 London buses, housing 270 trade stalls and nurseries from all over the world.

Returning for the third time this year, the Losberger De Boer team will also be building the Ranelagh Restaurant using its Premier and Anova Vista structures. The restaurant, located next to the main showground, includes an outdoor terrace allowing guests to enjoy refreshments and respite from the busy Show.

Exceptional people – TransforMOTION by Bosch

Back at Somerset House and working with organisers JSO Productions Ltd, the Losberger De Boer team built this futuristic venue for TransforMOTION Bosch event overnight. Utilising the company’s signature curved roof Anova, the team constructed a fitting space to showcase Bosch’s latest transport innovations.

At Losberger De Boer, we love a challenge and have delivered some truly memorable structures for some of the world’s best-known events.

We’ve constructed venues to accommodate working steam trains – complete with tracks; we’ve housed planes at air shows; sailing vessels of every description at the UK’s biggest boat show; built structures at top global sports’ tournaments; and created vast show tents for world-renowned horticultural shows.

Our teams are acclaimed for their accessibility and commitment, going the extra mile and being there at every stage of the project, from initial design, through to construction and at the final clear up.

So, whatever your event, and wherever your venue, you can rely on our creative, hands-on and highly-skilled team of experts to deliver a fully immersive, professional experience.
