Mantra: Fearlessly creating exceptional events to connect the world

Formation:

The Intrepid Collective was established by Megan Anstee and Alasdair Moore on 19th February 2020. The seed for the company was planted back in 2014 when our co-founders met working at a collection of London venues. In 2016, they both moved roles with Megan focusing on large scale events and experiences, whilst Alasdair developed smaller experiential programmes for the luxury market.

In late 2020, they joined forces, uniting their vision to build a full service events agency. The Intrepid Collective exists to fearlessly create exceptional experiences to connect the world.

We work collaboratively with our clients, executing solutions to engage more effectively with and ultimately build audiences, communities, customers and teams.

Leadership: Alasdair Moore & Megan Anstee

Alasdair Moore is our Co-Founder & Creative Director. He has a proven track record of delivering strategic, impactful event programmes, activations and relationships for premium brands.

Megan Anstee is our Co-Founder & Creative Director. Over the past decade, she’s worked with businesses to maximise the potential of their event proposition, exploring innovative and creative ways to develop audiences and communities.

Both Alasdair and Megan have been selected for the 2021 C&IT Agency A-List.

Key services and sectors served:

Our key pillars are event management, production, programme curation and content strategy. Through this unique combination of specialisms, we offer a tailored service to help our clients succeed.

We work with large scale property development companies, financial institutions, FMCGs and luxury goods across a range of projects including experiential audience development initiatives, placemaking and engagement programmes.

Case Study:

In December 2020, we marketed and delivered a weekend long virtual Festival of seasonal content for a high-end residential development and community. The event was targeted at local residents, playing a key role in the overall events and placemaking strategy to put this new high-end complex at the heart of the community and drive property rentals and sales.

The programme included experiential workshops, where attendees had kits delivered to their doors, and entertainment, including Gospel Choir performances and Santa’s Storytime.

Over 500 households attended, with 96% of attendees saying they would recommend future events to a friend or colleague.

“Thank you to The Intrepid Collective team for delivering our vision, especially during such an unpredictable time. Coming up with creative solutions throughout, they were incredibly pro-active and made delivering a logistically complex event look easy!

We rely on ‘best in class’ partners to achieve the best for our business and you make it easy for us to succeed, always looking at the bigger picture. The team are a pleasure to work with – professional, friendly and always one step ahead. We couldn’t have done it without them!”

We are now contracted to deliver the 2021 programme which will start in June with a series of film and sport screenings.

What the future holds:

Our vision is to become the leading agency for placemaking and audience development initiatives.

2021 has already gone from strength to strength. We are a Finalist for the CN Agency Awards Start-Up of the Year and currently we have a strong six-figure pipeline to the end of 2021, projecting this to double by the end of our second year.

Projects this year include a large-scale placemaking programme for a high-end real estate company, the 2021 comeback of a Film Festival, and the continuation of our successful virtual and hybrid programme for teams, clients and members clubs.
