Perfect BBQ weather and the smell of sizzling steak greeted EIN when we visited the Grillstock in Bristol this June to speak to co-founder, Ben Merrington. Ben discussed the expansion of the festival this year and the challenges this brought to the team. Production manager and founder of Enteetainment, Dick Tee also spoke to us about their journey from licensing hearings through to the pro’s and con’s of holding such a festival at a city-centre location such as the Lloyds Amphitheatre.
