Specialist venue company etc.venues announced last month that their latest venue County Hall, will open in January 2017.  However thanks to the magic of CGI and virtual reality you won’t have to wait until then to see it!

Using the latest in VR technology and 360 goggles, it’s possible to view the venue before the extensive restoration is completed.  Built to scale, the VR tour gives you an idea of the size of the venue as well as the final finish. As you travel through the venue, you will see the impressively restored original parquet flooring, the exposed brickwork and the stunning view of Big Ben from the Thames Suite window.

Visit www.etcvenues.co.uk/vr to experience what the venue will look like in January 2017 – the VR tour is viewable on PC’s, however, it really comes alive with the use of a pair of VR goggles.  The venue team are giving these away as part of the onsite tours they are running.  If you would like to book a tour call Tiernan on 020 3735 4400.

Opening in January 2017, 43,000 sq ft of event space will be created over a single floor offering 20 rooms. This includes The Thames and County Suites which comprise of 15,000 sq ft of connecting space with uninterrupted views over The River Thames to The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
