Kubify is a multi award-winning ePoster technology company offering an innovative ePoster solution (Learning Toolbox) that is being used in virtual, hybrid and onsite conferences and events across the world.

Our approach steps away from the old paper poster model and takes full advantage of the move to a digital format.

Authors can easily create rich, interactive ePosters that can be presented online or onsite and explored by delegates wherever they are. A Kubify ePoster can contain many different multimedia resources such as videos, images, audio, apps, presentations, twitter feeds and links to websites.

Each ePoster has its own communication channel, so that messages, comments and questions are attached to the ePoster itself. ePosters can be easily shared and updated, so that the author can connect with the audience before, during and after the event. Authors can even notify their ePoster followers of updates and new work.

The ePoster Showcase website provides delegates with an easy way to browse, search and explore all the conference ePosters. For onsite or hybrid conferences the ePosters also have a physical presence at the venue, the mini-posters, which act as an advert for and a gateway into the interactive ePoster.

Conference organisers can use the management interface to support the ePoster authors throughout the ePoster creation process. Alternatively, we can ourselves provide a full support service; supporting authors, organisers and delegates through the process.
